Every parent wants to see their child succeed both on and off the field, but when your child struggles to stand out in their sport, it can diminish their confidence and passion. The ‘Optimized Performance Protocol’ was designed to solve this problem by developing not just the physical tools—speed, agility, and explosive power—but also the mental toughness and resilience that every athlete needs to thrive.
The Krause Performance standard is excellence in improvement. The expectation that we hold through our program for each athlete, is that they participate in at least 2 sessions per week covering 30 sessions within a 3 month period. This sets a goal of reaching our Optimized Performance Protocol with measurable improvements of 1 MPH and an increased vertical jump of 3 inches during that time, allowing them to unleash their abilities and dominate their competitors.
