Our Mission

At Krause Performance Training, we empower athletes and fitness enthusiasts to reach their full potential through science-based, personalized training programs.

The Krause Performance standard is excellence in improvement. The expectation that we hold through our program for each athlete, is that they participate in at least 2 sessions per week covering 30 sessions within a 3 month period.

This sets a goal of reaching our Optimized Performance Protocol with measurable improvements of 1 MPH and an increased vertical jump of 2 inches during that time, allowing them to unleash their abilities and dominate their competitors.
